Thank you for your interest in sponsoring lunch at a Louisville chapter meeting of the American Society of Safety Professionals. Your sponsorship is a valuable part of the financial viability of our chapter that enhances the technical competency of safety and health professionals. Please choose one of the sponsorship options below.

Option 1 Meeting Sponsor

For your sponsorship payment of $300.00, you are provided the following benefits:

  • Acknowledgment at one monthly chapter meeting
  • Formal introduction by the Chapter President during the meeting
  • On the welcome slide, we display your company logo
  • Space for marketing materials and promotional items for the duration of the meeting

Option 2 Chapter Sponsor

For your sponsorship payment of $500.00, we provide the following benefits in addition to those listed above:

  • On the ASSP Louisville Chapter Website, we display your company logo for 12 calendar months
  • Additionally, on the website, a clickable link to your company website will be posted for 12 calendar months
  • For the remainder of the chapter fiscal year (July through June), we display your company logo on the chapter sponsors slide

Please complete the Louisville Meeting/Chapter Sponsor Form below by the last day of the month before the meeting you wish to sponsor as confirmation of your sponsorship. We award sponsorships on a first-received basis. After submitting the form, you will use Paypal for payment. Please also RSVP for that meeting on our website at http://louisville.assp.org/event.
