ISO 14001:2015 ENVIRONMENTAL MANAGEMENT SYSTEMS – CHANGES AND IMPLEMENTATION CONSIDERATIONS

His presentation will provide a brief overview of the changes with the ISO 140001:2015 EMS and identify some key considerations for implementing the new requirements.
ISO 14001:2004 Environmental management systems – Requirements with guidance for use is an international standard adopted by many manufacturing and industrial corporations to drive their environmental management programs and demonstrate corporate commitment to sustainability and reduced environmental impact. In September 2015, the International Organization for Standardization (ISO) updated this standard to improve its application and make it more consistent with other ISO management system standards. This presentation will provide a brief overview of the changes and identify some key considerations for implementing the new requirements.
