He is known for his subject matter expertise in the forest products, ignitable liquids, real estate, combustible dusts, plastics, tire and rubber, warehousing, distilleries, and emerging technologies industries. William graduated from University of Texas at Tyler with a degree in Industrial Technology, and holds several key industry certifications, including Certified Fire Protection Specialist, Certified Environmental Safety Compliance Officer, and other Fire Protection training certificates.
