Topic Air Purifying Respirators (APR) in the COVID Era: Understanding How to Protect Workers

A presentation and round table discussion on air purifying respirators.   We will review how masks work, how effective they really are at filtering out particles (and a virus), review fit testing methodologies, and finally how to calculate a MAPF. 

Speaker Mark Heuchert, MBA

Mark Heuchert has been with Dräger since 2018, and has presented at ASSP, AIHce and IIAR.  Mark has over 20 years’ experience in training professionals and City Inspectors on compliance and Life Safety issues.  He has a bachelor’s degree in Economics from Carleton College and a MIM/MBA from Thunderbird.
